Participant Regulations
Participation in this event is permitted only for those who have read and agreed to the following regulations.
The organizer shall not be held responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to review these rules.
1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are not available after the refund period has ended.
No refunds will be issued if a participant is forcibly removed or has their admission ticket confiscated due to violation of regulations during the event.
2. Responsibility & Disclaimer
The organizer (First Class) is not responsible for conflicts, disputes, or accidents between attendees occurring on the day of the event.
If a participant’s behavior is deemed to cause anxiety or pose a threat to others, they may be forcibly removed and have their admission ticket confiscated without prior warning.
The organizer and venue are not responsible for any accidents, theft, loss, or incidents caused by participant negligence inside or outside the venue.
Participants are responsible for managing their own valuables.
3. Lost & Found
If you find lost property, please submit it immediately to the headquarters desk.
If you lose an item, please inquire at the headquarters desk.
Collected lost items will be announced via the official First Class Twitter account and stored for two weeks.
Items unclaimed after the storage period will be discarded without further notice.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:
Dangerous items: lasers, flashes, fireworks, bottles, cans
Explosives, knives, weapons, and weapon props
Drugs and illegal substances
Opened food and beverages
Any items deemed dangerous by staff judgment
※ Weapon props are also strictly prohibited.
5. Maintaining Order
The following actions are prohibited:
Disrupting event proceedings or viewing
Blocking walkways or obstructing movement
Causing disturbances, shouting, or threatening behavior
Violations may result in warnings or immediate removal.
6. Prohibition of Sexual or Personal Harassment
Any behavior or speech that may cause sexual or personal discomfort to others is strictly prohibited.
Sexual harassment, molestation, or personal insults may result in legal punishment under applicable laws, in addition to event penalties.
7. Photography & Media Coverage
All media coverage and reporting are prohibited except for pre-approved media.
Those wishing to cover the event must contact First Class in advance for approval.
The organizer will record the event and performances; attendees’ images and voices may appear in photos or videos.
Recorded materials may be edited and used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
8. Doujin Event Regulations
8-1. Age Verification
Adult participants must present valid ID to receive an adult wristband.
Without ID, adult wristbands will not be issued and access to adult content will be restricted.
8-2. Prohibited Acts Related to Books & Goods
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Scanning or distributing purchased books without the creator’s permission
Auctioning, reselling, or transferring purchased books
Purchasing adult materials on behalf of minors
8-3. Management of Adult Content
Adult items (books, goods, etc.) purchased at the event may not be photographed or opened without permission.
Violations may result in warnings or removal.
9. Detailed Photography Rules
Prior permission is required for booth and pursuit photography.
Unauthorized photography may result in warnings or removal.
Photography in unauthorized areas (excluding club floor and pursuit events) is prohibited.
10. Food & Beverage Policy
Unopened snacks and food are allowed inside the venue.
Opening food inside the venue is prohibited.
Booth participants may open and consume food for light meals.
Please take care to avoid spills or contamination.
11. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Participants found to be intoxicated will be removed immediately.
12. Performance Viewing Notice
Performances may include strong visual and auditory stimuli such as LED screens, lasers, lighting, and special effects.
Pregnant individuals and those with physical or mental sensitivities (claustrophobia, panic disorder, heart conditions, photosensitive seizures, etc.) should refrain from viewing or maintain sufficient distance from the stage.
If discomfort or an emergency occurs, immediately contact staff or nearby attendees.
13. Costume & Pursuit Regulations
Costumes deemed inappropriate by staff may result in participation restriction or removal.
(e.g., dog masks, latex, zentai suits, leashes, harnesses, weapons)
When wearing pet suits or stretch fursuits, ensure no sensitive body parts are exposed or protruding.
Wearing pursuit suits is allowed within hotel premises, but causing disturbances or blocking corridors is prohibited.
14. Facility Use & Hotel Rules
Using restrooms as changing rooms is prohibited.
Hotel guests must observe quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Damage to hotel or event facilities, equipment, or props may require compensation as determined by the hotel.
15. Entry Waiting Policy
Entry waiting is allowed starting 10 minutes before the designated entry time.
Excessively early waiting may result in a lower entry priority penalty.
16. Order & Pickup Notice
No shipping service is provided for this product.
Admission tickets and bonuses must be picked up on-site on the event day after purchase and identity verification.
17. Deny participation registration
Individuals who have found to commit any of the following violations in the past or at the event may have their registration rejected or removed from the event.
Obstructing booth management.
Sexually offensive or disrespectful language or behavior
Any form of sexual assault and harassment or personal insult will be subject to immediate action.
Entering the venue without a valid ticket.
Transfer of an adult-designated wristband or ticket to a minor.
* Please wear your lanyard/wristband at all time in the venue.
* Entry for the purpose of delivering items to a booth, with prior arrangement with the booth participant and staff, is exempt.
* Anyone who violates the regulations above will be removed from the venue and denied entry to future events.
